Maximum 4 per room, no guests under the age of 6. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. All prices are subject to 2% Borough sales tax. Check-in is 4:00 P.M. Check-out is Noon.
